Advanced Training Clinic – First Step League U9-U11

Players wishing to play in the U9, U10 or U11 Gold Coast First Step League for Kingscliff District football Club. SIBA Soccer will be running an Advanced Training Clinic.

When: 19th & 20th January 2015
Time: 9:00am – 12:00pm
Where: Casuarina Rugby Fields, Coast Road, Casuarina
Cost: $30 (These Clinics would normally cost $60 but Kingscliff District Football Club is investing $30 per player to help prepare all players for the season ahead)
What will Players need? Boots, shin pads, a water bottle and a light snack.

What is the Football Gold Coast First Step League?
• It is a football league for players that are committed to Learning and want to play in a competitive environment every weekend.
What Age can you play in a first step team?
• U9 , U10 and U11`s (players born in 2006, 2005 & 2004)
Why have an advanced Training Clinic?
• To give every player a better opportunity to be selected and act as the first part of selection.
Will there be another trial for the U9 to U11 first step sides?
• Yes Kingscliff District Football Club will be having an extra trial for each age group after this clinic
What is the importance of a first step League?
• This is the start of a player’s pathway!
GC First Step League – GC Junior Premier/Premier League – National Premier League – A league or W League

What happens if a player attends this clinic and does not get selected?
• They be given the opportunity to play in a development side where able to learn at a more suitable environment and has just received 6 hrs of quality coaching!

If the Game doesn`t Challenge the player the game can not develop!
